Usain Bolt is one of, if not, the greatest athlete of all time. His domination in the 100 and 200m dashes still stands today, even over 15 years later. No runner has even come close to what he was able to do.
Bolt easily could have ran even faster than his WR, but he is very well known for celebrating very early in most of his races.
